Hesston College seeks a full-time Bible Professor and Director for a new ministry program for non-residential students. In addition to a teaching load, the successful candidate will lead the development of a new program that seeks to prepare lay leaders and pastors for Christian ministry in a global setting. The successful candidate will be a creative risk-taker, who can collaboratively jumpstart new initiatives in a higher education context. Relational skills and experience in pastoral ministry, global ministry and leadership are key. Desired qualifications: master’s degree or higher in theology (Ph.D., D.Min. or M.Div. preferred); teaching experience; commitment to an Anabaptist theology, Christian higher education and the mission and values of Hesston College.
