Hesston College seeks applicants for the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach. The assistant coach will support the Head Men’s soccer coach in all facets of running a successful NJCAA Division I soccer program. This is a 10-month, part-time position with a stipend and potential for other on-campus jobs in the athletic department based on need and qualifications.

The role will include but is not limited to:

• Running Training sessions
• Recruiting
• Arranging travel
• Fundraising
• Building great relationships with faculty and staff
• Furthering the mission of the team and college

Position requires significant travel and availability for nights and weekends. Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license required, as well as a commitment to Christian higher education and the mission and values of Hesston College.
