Assists with functional administration, coordination of system updates, evaluating, testing, and planning software releases/upgrades, analysis and resolution of the functional problems, research and development of new learning technology systems, and functional training. The duties include, but are not limited to:

Serve as primary expert of the audio-visual, video conferencing, lecture capture, and related instructional technologies used by faculty/students; coordinate technology needs and support expansion sites with local IT providers, vendors, and appropriate teams within ITProvide support for administration of online computer examinations such as the National Board of Medical Examiners, serving as primary technical expert; ensure all computers used for test administration can deliver the exam securely and successfully, run compatibility checks, resolve identified issues, and ensure network architecture is fully tested and adequateProvide orientations and training for faculty/students by designing, developing, and delivering workshops, faculty development, student training, and customized documentationIdentify technology opportunities, trends and strategies; apply instructional standards, methodologies and principles to collegiate specific needs, objectives, and outcomes
• Perform all other duties/projects as assigned and at times outside of normal duty hours
