This position will be focused on assisting the Associate Vice President for Project Management and Assessment with the coordination of institutional projects, will serve as the System Administrator for the universities Professional Activity Capture Tool (PACT) [Digital Measures, Activity Insight] and will be responsible for overseeing data imports and extractions from this system. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate program activities within Institutional Effectiveness and external stakeholders; initiate, plan, implement, and monitor projects and initiatives; prepare documents and supporting materials including reports, timelines, charters, agendas, action minutes and decisions, etc.; plan and execute logistics for major meetings/events; manage mass communications about programs, projects, and processes; serve as first point of contact to customers for the program and various initiatives, operations, and activities with division offices
  • Coordinate Institutional Effectiveness processes, communications, and resources; manage standard operating procedures including inventories, schedules, cycles, and status reports for regularly occurring processes; coordinate training events and maintain course materials; prepare documents and supporting materials including graphical depictions, spreadsheets, templates, forms, etc.; manage the documentation resulting from committees led and/or supported by Institutional Effectiveness; update IE websites; monitor, respond to, and route correspondence from IE resources and accounts
  • Implement and manage IE information system applications; develop content and standard operating processes to continually meet customer expectations; troubleshoot applications problems and content errors; manage update and enhancement to application; provide one-on-one and group training in application use; produce basic reports and distribute to appropriate parties; manage access control and user permissions; serve as primary interface with application vendors; manage applications’ web landing pages; serve as first point of contact for applications to customers, division staff, and vendors
  • Provide assistance with division operations; troubleshoot technical and maintenance issues; support management of the division’s human and financial resources; assist in organizing/maintaining division’s supplies and equipment; serve as backup coverage for phones and reception, as needed
  • Perform all other duties/projects as assigned
