Training and Experience: INTERNAL CANDIDATES WHO MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

Applicants for this position should possess a master's degree in Mathematics from an accredited University, have collegiate teaching experience and knowledge of Mathematics curricula. Substantial knowledge and experience in infusion of technology in teaching and learning, innovative pedagogical strategies, sound research experience or potential, ability to direct undergraduate research, and grant writing experience are also expected. Preference will be given to candidates with concentration in Differential Equations or Numerical Analysis. Testing Requirements: None Illustrative Examples of Work: The responsibility of this part-time instructor will be to teach and tutor students in classroom settings as well as in a tutorial environment. Instructor will also need to be available to students outside of classroom hours. May be needed to offer advisement to students regarding academics related matters and also direct students to proper sources for additional needs /concerns.
