Degree and Area of Specialization:
MD specializing in otolaryngology.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Board certified or board eligible in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. Must have successfully completed a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology. Candidates for associate or full professor rank, must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion
License or certificate:
Candidate is required to have or be eligible for a Wisconsin Medical License
The Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology is seeking a board certified/board eligible otolaryngology-head and neck surgeon with fellowship training in pediatric otolaryngology. The ideal candidate will be a key player in growing a robust clinical practice in pediatric otolaryngology. Practice will be based at American Family Children's Hospital, a Top 50 Children's Hospital per US News and World Report, with three existing pediatric otolaryngology faculty in a tertiary care outpatient and hospital practice.
