Degree and Area of Specialization:
Master's or PhD degree in higher education, business, organizational development, or related field preferred.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
- A minimum of three to five years of leadership in diversity programming.
- Successful experience enhancing organizational climate.
- Experience managing relations with internal and external communities.
- Demonstrated commitment to and experience working with diverse populations.
License or certificate:
