Minimum $65,000 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, or closely related quantitative field.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Required skills knowledge: Proven knowledge of a wide variety of advanced statistical methods and study designs. Strong oral and written communication skills.



License or certificate:



Position Summary:

Provide biostatistical consulting and collaborative support for biomedical and clinical research. The incumbent will collaborate with physicians and scientists on research projects under the supervision of the faculty statisticians. Responsibilities include study design, participation in research grant applications, ongoing review of data quality, implementation of data analyses, preparation of reports and collaboration on manuscripts. This position requires: 1) integration of statistical data analysis/processing and biological knowledge; and 2) skills in data summarization, presentation, and oral and written communication.
