Job Summary:

The Adult Career and Special Student Services (ACSSS) office is one of seven admission offices at UW-Madison. The primary focus of this position is to manage admissions and enrollment of University Special students. This includes adhering to University Special student admissions policies, Wisconsin statutes regarding high school students, Guest Auditors, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regulations for international students, and other institutional admissions policies. The office serves as a gateway for adults who seek lifelong learning opportunities, as well as advising and career counseling. The position strengthens access to UW-Madison by processing student admissions, workflow management, proper referral to other units, and providing reception and scheduling appointments as necessary. .

Work hours for this position are 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, Monday through Friday. May require occasional evenings (up to 5 per year).
