Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Academic Department Supervisor, this position manages the schedule of classes, including preparation and registration related activities. Other duties include providing administrative support for departmental committees, tenure reviews, facilities management, and data management. The individual must have the ability to initiate, manage, and complete multiple and complex ongoing activities with frequent interruptions. The position requires daily interaction with faculty and staff, with campus administration and current graduate students. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills and be computer proficient. Must be able to work independently, setting priorities to meet the demands of the position and be able to efficiently collaborate with others.


Schedule Comment:

7:45 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
