Advertised Job Summary: Pilot will fly the Beechcraft King Air 350 (B300) twin turboprop aircraft approximately 30 hours per month on flights transporting the University President, Vice Presidents, Deans, administrators, faculty and official guests. The pilot will be the primary point of contact and coordinator for the airplanes navigational data bases, publications and aviation fuel contracts. Additionally, the pilot manages the stocking of airplane supplies and the detailing of the interior and exterior of the airplane and general welfare of the airplane hangar. Aviation duties will include pre-flighting airplane, managing fuel required for flights, as well as selecting routes for trips. No smoking is authorized on any USC airplane.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): FAA licensed commercial pilot, multiengine, instrument rating and "Type" rated in the King Air 350 aircraft. Minimum 3000 hours total time, 1500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), 1000 hours ME; 250 hours ME Turboprop.
