Administrative Support Associate II

Job description

University Financial Services is seeking an experienced professional to join the Treasury Services department in supporting the merchant card services activities of the University. This position provides consultation and support for campus units that have a need for processing credit cards as a form of payment. The position is directly involved in the effort to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) for the University as a whole. Additionally, this position serves as backup to the Cash Manager, which requires knowledge or experience in banking operations. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service. A candidate with a background in banking or card processing operations is desired. The candidate should have general knowledge of accounting principles. Experience with SAP, PCI DSS and/or Information Technology is a plus.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours/week) with paid holidays, vacation, TDL, and FML in accordance with University policy.


Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Access; SAP; Knowledge of Banking Operations and/or Merchant Card Services; Knowledge of Accounting; Knowledge of PCI DSS; Excellent Communication Skills; Strong focus on Customer Service.
