Functional Title Director of ERP Business Analysis

Position Summary

The Director will serve as a strategic technology partner to client stakeholders across the university, cultivating collaborative relationships across divisions, departments and functional units to build a deep understanding of unit-specific ERP technology needs.
The Director is responsible for helping functional units optimally leverage the ERP system and ancillary applications to align their business models, operating models, processes, and workforce with the larger University vision and strategy.



Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in computer science, information technology, business or
public administration, or related disciplines
• 10+ years of management experience in the information technology field or similar experience
• 5+ years of demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams using lean six sigma methodologies
for continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Experience managing human resources, budgets, and technology projects
• Experience contracting and managing vendor relationships
