Job Summary:

Under general supervision and in the absence of a Food Service Manager, this position will lead the operations of the RathSkeller, Stiftskeller and Terrace bratstand, a large restaraunt operation with alcohol service. Will oversee high volume and exceptional quality food preparation, presentation and customer service. Assist in the training and development of part time staff to achieve the same professional standards throughout the unit.

Summer schedule:
Sunday-Tuesday 12pm-8pm
Friday-Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Requirements:
-One year restaurant kitchen experience required.
-One year Front of House or Back of House restaurant experience required.
-Experience in supervising/guiding kitchen staff required
-Experience woirking in a resaurant with alcohol service preferred
-Possess or ability to obtain the following certifications within six months of hire:
1. Owner/Operator bartender license
2. servSafe Restaurant manager certification
