Advertised Salary:

Minimum $48,333 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

--A minimum of three years of project management experience, demonstrating a commitment to process and quality improvement, preferably within higher education.
--Familiarity with basic project management concepts such as gathering, validating and documenting requirements, project charters, timelines, communication plans, project requirements, and status reporting
--Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-- Proven track record in contributing to a successful team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
-- Demonstrated experience with quantitative measures of success.
-- Familiarity with project management software preferred.
-- Successful candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork skills, an ability to lead through influence without direct authority, and to work independently as well as cooperatively within a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.

Position Summary:

The project management positions support programs and initiatives in the area of Academic Affairs & Programming. The focus of the Academic Affairs & Programming unit is to support campus in creating a sustained campus environment that maintains and enhances student learning while improving capacities and generating new resources. This position will support project managment for professional masters and certificate programs. The primary role for the project managers will be to work with the appropriate stakeholders to plan, initiate, develop, manage and complete projects.
