Position Summary: The Program Manager provides Career & Leadership support to the UNC Kenan-Flagler MBA student populations and operational support to the MBA Career & Leadership business unit. The Program Manager is responsible for facilitating the Benchmarks 360 Assessment for the Executive MBA student population. This position will also oversee the facilitation of the 360 Multirater Leadership Assessment for [email protected] and the full-time MBA students. Effectively managing these assessments requires extensive communication with current students, prospective students, executive coaches, and vendors. The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing the Leadership Initiative Program for all five MBA programs at the Business School. This includes keeping the points tracking systems updated and accurate, running reports for graduation, and frequently communicating with students regarding process and deadlines. The Program Manager will oversee the scheduling of one-on-one student coaching sessions. The position will manage all student surveys, including student entry and exit surveys and one-on-one career coaching surveys. The Program Manager will regularly communicate with students and alumni by sharing various career management, leadership development, and employer relations materials. The position will respond to inquiries and provide students and alumni with assistance and support in a timely and professional manner. The Program Manager will assist with various assessment tools and programmatic processes, including employer registration, job posting approval, vendor contracts, and resource library management. This position must work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide top quality customer service and help resolve challenges as they arise. Additionally, the Program Manager will supervise two full-time SHRA employees and three student employees. This position will be responsible for training these employees, creating their work schedules, approving their time cards, providing timely feedback regarding their work performance, and being available to answer questions as they arise.
