Job description



The Education Abroad Operations Manager oversees all aspects of daily office operations, including reception and administrative services, calendar scheduling and functionality of physical office spaces. This position coordinates logistics and assists with event planning. This position also serves as the primary liaison to HR and the International Center for EA student personnel, supervises the federal work study students and supports EA leadership on personnel matters. This position supports enrollment management processes such as enrollment EAP course, overseeing transcripts equivalencies, and travel medical insurance waivers.

Physical Requirements

Lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.
Sitting for long periods of time; extended computer usage; and must be able to climb flights of stairs.



Shift

Monday-Friday; 8:00 am-5:00 pm;
40 hours per week.



Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Candidates will have strong organizational, time management skills, excellent student service skills, advanced written and oral communication skills, and knowledge of Terra Dotta are preferred. The Operations Manager must be proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry and billing procedures.
