Principal Research Analyst

Under general direction, the Principal Research Analyst performs the highest level of administrative statistical analysis. Provides information and analysis on institutional effectiveness, strategic planning and benchmarking of the annual Affirmative Action plans for the UC Irvine Campus and Medical Center. This includes: ensuring OEOD obtains personnel and availability data, examining the validity of the data values and reconciling any errors, developing and running SAS or other statistical programs to obtain results, and keeping current on the methodology required by federal regulations Incumbent organizes and reports research results clearly and effectively in narrative, tabular, graphical, and oral modes, including presentations.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position, 50%.
