Contract & Grant Analyst


Under general direction, the incumbent provides high quality analytical and administrative support to sponsored projects staff. In coordination with the sponsored projects teams, the subaward team, and the export control administrator, the Contract and Grant Analyst is responsible for proposal and award intake and review with an emphasis on timely preliminary review of proposals; preparation and dissemination of internal and external forms; preparation of correspondence; administrative review of regulatory approvals such as COI/IRB/IACUC; audit checks and entity checks of subrecipients; export control reviews; processing proposal denials; and facilitating award closeout. Serves as the purchasing agent in Sponsored Projects that is responsible for processing subawards in the Kuali Financial System. Leads and participates in special projects as assigned.

Salary: Hourly $23.58
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
