Clarion University of Pennsylvania seeks qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs. This is a full-time, annual appointment. Under the general direction of the Director of Student Engagement & Development, the Assistant Director will oversee the day to day operations of the Fraternity & Sorority Affairs program; provide direct advisement to the Interfraternity and Panhellenic Councils, give general support to all Greek letter organizations, coordinate intentional educational programming for the Greek community, campus advisors, and alumni volunteers on topics ranging from policy compliance to personal growth and development, and assist with major department/division programs as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director. Position subject to the availability of funding.

Required qualifications include an Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, or related field from an accredited institution of higher education; minimum of two (2) years of professional campus, headquarters, regional volunteer, or assistantship experience in fraternity and sorority affairs; candidates must possess a comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures related fraternities and sororities; strong interest in mentoring, developing, and supervising students; willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members/offices/departments; and completion of a successful interview. Preferred qualifications include membership in a national Greek organization.
