Facilities Projects Procurement Assistant
Assistant to the Procurement Manager for all aspects of the project procurement program. Provides administrative support to the Facilities Planning, Design and Construction (FPDC) program in all phases of design and construction.
Knowledge of modern business administration and finance practices for the procurement process; Proficiency in automated creation, maintenance, archiving, and transmission of documents using Microsoft Office applications; Demonstrated ability to set priorities and to work with a variety of constituencies including interpersonal relationships within the Division and the College and with representatives of public and private agencies outside the College. Strong interpersonal and communications skills required.
High School Graduate with previous experience performing administrative/clerical duties in a
fast paced professional office environment required.
Working knowledge of contract administration and familiarity with design and/or construction management desired.
College studies or experience in Business Administration, Administrative Support Technology, Construction Management or related fields preferred.
