Oversee, coordinate and supervise the peer and professional coaching functions of FYE
Oversee, coordinate and supervise the NAU100 program, including the Program Coordinator and Peer Instructors
Develop and administer processes and procedures that guide at-risk referrals to professional staff and other campus entities
In conjunction with coaching staff, handle at-risk student issues and referrals to campus partners
Manage the schedule of classes for NAU, USC, USC199 courses in coordination with the Director
Develop enrollment processes and methods in conjunction with University Advising and VPAA Business Analyst team utilizing dynamic data (Math Placement, NAU120A placement, etc.)
Audit course enrollment and work with advising to ensure the appropriate students are enrolled into all FYE associated courses; communicate with students when necessary
Coordinates efforts to increase consistency and effectiveness of course offerings and instructional content to improve student success and retention.
Coordinate outreach efforts for FYE student populations, where warranted, with the goal of increasing enrollment, and encouraging constructive student behaviors
Utilizes University reporting tools and data to identify, gather, and analyze data to inform FYE’s enrollment processes, program assessment, and organizational development
Liaison with Gateway Student Success Center
Manage all websites for FYE, Exploratory, Pre-Major Track (PMT) and USC programs.
University wide support
Administration of Exploratory and Pre-major track policies and programs including the development and implementation of interventions in partnership with other departments on campus
Develop and implement tailored outreach/intervention strategies for all students, utilizing Salesforce or other methods to capitalize on campus collaboration and timely response
Work in Coordination with the Executive Director to inform and administer the university wide Student Success and Intervention team. Will include developing data collection processes, referrals across the university, liaising with team members, etc.
Develop partnerships and processes that govern each program including enrollment processes and messaging
Manage Exploratory and PMT data collection processes in conjunction with Math Placement, Registrar, University Advising and other departments
Manage assessment and evaluation of Exploratory and Pre-Major track students and associated programs and interventions
Make data driven decisions to strengthen the impacts of the PMT and Exploratory program and tailor interventions
Manage the Exploratory (Undergraduate Studies) Residential College liaison council
Partner with University Advising to implement Exploratory policy by providing students support and communication about expectations
Partner with colleges to inform and develop Exploratory Tracks and associated courses in support of Exploratory and PMT student
Master’s degree in any field
3-5 years of experience in higher education setting

Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Student Affairs or other related fields.
