Assistant Professor - Clinician Educator Track - Eating Disorders and Obesity

The Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of the neuroscience of eating disorders and obesity. Responsibilities include being trained in clinical or health psychology and being expected to develop a line of research in the neural underpinnings of disordered eating and weight regulation. The applicant should demonstrate an ability to obtain grant funding and possess strong clinical and analytic skills. The applicant should show an established record of publications in the field of weight and eating disorders. In addition, the applicant is expected to provide psychotherapy and assessment services to persons seeking treatment for weight and eating disorders. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research and clinical care. License eligible in Pennsylvania.

Applicants would work closely with the Center for Weight and Eating Disorders in the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
