The Department of English at the College of William and Mary is recruiting a pool of persons for the Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters for possible adjunct teaching positions. This pool will be accessed when an opening arises. Your credentials will remain active for one year after the date you submit them. After one year, if you are still interested, you must reapply to this adjunct pool.
Candidates interested in future openings should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and a list of three references with contact information to our online system at http://jobs.wm.edu. If you have previously submitted an application for an instructional position at William and Mary via the online system your existing application documents can be easily transferred to this position pool.
Only those selected for an interview will be contacted. The review of applications is ongoing.
Required QualificationsMinimum Qualifications are an academic degree or appropriate professional credentials M.A. or M.F.A. in English/American Studies/Creative Writing or a closely related field and subject matter expertise as evidenced in CV.
Preferred QualificationsHave at least 2 years of academic teaching.
