Staff Support Associate II/UKHC

Job description



The department of Surgery/Urology seeks a Staff Support Associate II to support the Department of Urology faculty members.

Will be directly involved with the sections of Pediatric Urology and Reconstructive Urology. This will include maintaining faculty calendars, arranging travel itineraries, organizing meetings; coordinate internal and external correspondence; process clinic notes; maintain Faculty Data Base and Curriculum Vitae.

Maintain privileging at University of Kentucky as well as other hospitals. Answer and screen telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate faculty, clinic, and research area.

Take detailed and accurate messages. Responsible to back-up to other administrative staff.

Shift

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m with one 1 hour lunch and two 15 minutes breaks. Overtime as needed to support division mission. Holiday time is given according to the Univ policy.
