Account Clerk IV

Job description

The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking an Account Clerk IV to serve as the Lead Account Clerk in the A&S Business Center. The main responsibilities of this position are to serve as the lead account clerk for the operations team regarding procurement methods to process orders; serve as a resource to faculty, staff and students on the procurement of goods and services and accounting processes; process accounting documents; oversee the internal ticketing system to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner and using the appropriate procurement method; and actively participate in team meeting and training opportunities.

Sitting at a workstation for extended periods; performing repetitive motion tasks and lifting/carrying light-weight objects.


Monday-Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; and occasional evenings and weekends based on unit needs.
