Degree and Area of Specialization:
M.D. or equivalent, completion of U.S. pediatric residency
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Completion of U.S. pediatric residency and relevant fellowship required. Experience in pediatric palliative care medicine strongly preferred.
Candidates for associate professor (CT) rank must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on the CT track.
License or certificate:
WI medical licensure
Pediatrician to provide palliative clinical care, teaching, and scholarly activities.
