Learning Experience (LX) Designer

Under general supervision of the Sr. Associate Director of the Office of Executive Education at The Paul Merage School of Business, the Learning Experience (LX) Designer serves as an innovative resource to the Exec Ed team and business school faculty in their efforts to design and develop captivatingly rich, learner-centric courses. The LX Designer is proficient in merging design-thinking principles with technology inspired course development strategies to guide faculty in adapting course content and activities to digital learning behaviors and preferences. The LX Designer will partner closely with faculty and/or subject matter experts to conceptualize, plan, design, and develop content that cultivates engagement, uses technology to foster connections, and promotes active learning experiences. The LX Designer is well-versed in graphic design, eLearning multimedia production, research-based learning principles, and pertinent learning technology tools. In addition, the LX Designer possesses expertise and knowledge on various pedagogical approaches and best practices for digital course delivery in a business school context while also showcasing competency in project management, course quality assurance, and learning management system (LMS) user interface design.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
