Director of Undergraduate Admissions
Kutztown University is accepting applications for the position of Director of Undergraduate Admissions. The Director of Undergraduate Admissions provides strategic leadership and vision to the office to allow the University to attract and enroll a diverse group of applicants for undergraduate admissions. The Director is highly visible and an effective spokesperson for the University and articulates the values of the University. The Director of Admissions utilizes technology based application processes and procedures. The Director must have a commitment to diversity and effectiveness in building recruitment programs that increase and strengthen diversity. The Director must understand admissions and enrollment data, and communicate the relevant information to the academic areas as well as the respective campus departments. The Director reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs.
- Master's degree
- Progressive responsibility and prior experience in admissions
- Experience using student information systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, Banner)
- Experience using predictive analytics
- Enrollment and recruitment experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience as Director of Admissions
- Experience collaborating with enrollment consultant firms (i.e. Noel Levitz)
- Knowledge of financial aid discounting strategies
