Advertised Job Summary: The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for monitoring, processing, and routing all incidents, requests, demand, idea, and survey responses for all customer items for Collaborative Technologies and Academic Support (CTAS) and coordinates the unit's work through ServiceNow. Typically such matters pertain to classroom audio-visual equipment functionality/breakage, AV design, integration, and engineering, and video and audio production. Gains expert knowledge and skill with ServiceNow as the Division of Information Technology's service platform.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems or related field and 2 years related work experience or high school diploma and 6 years related work experience; or equivalency.
