Position Summary: The Patient Relations Representative position will be responsible for communicating with a diverse group of personalities in a courteous and professional manner by phone and direct interactions. She/He must possess the skill to multi-task assignments and prioritize many tasks including: * Answer phone lines and demonstrate appropriate phone etiquette * Schedule new and return appointments * Complete check-in process including verification of demographic information, student eligibility and scan insurance cards * Insurance verification * Follow up on all inquires * Provide excellent customer service to all patients, staff and parents This position will also occasionally provide cross coverage to other Campus Health Service clinics as needed.

Qualification and Experience: High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
