Job description



The department of Radiology seeks an Administrative Services Assistant to direct all aspects of daily administrative operations.

Will manage a multitude of projects, delegate and monitor administrative work to appropriate administrative staff and develop and maintain administrative workflow.

Direct the Faculty affairs office and support functions. Create and edit PowerPoint and other multi-media presentations for 13 departmental committees/meetings. Will be the department SharePoint site manager.

Responsible for all supervisory aspects of managing administrative support staff. Coordinate and oversee daily work load and projects assigned to staff.

Bachelors Degree and 2-3 years related experience preferred.
Experience as an Executive Level Assistant preferred.
