Compensation Consultant

Job description

Function as a Compensation Consultant by partnering with EVPFA and Research Areas to develop strategic organizational structures, including re-organizations; develop and monitor metrics for organizational success and recommend improvements; perform forecasting/projections to identify future needs; partner/collaborate to determine the best job classification for positions; participate in collaboration with Employment Department; deliver user-friendly training in position description writing and compliance. Participate in departmental organizational improvement activities. Ensure compliance with Federal, state, local, etc., rules, regulations, and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Lifting of objects up to 20 lbs. Sitting for long periods of time.


Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, with additional hours required as needed.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree required, with preferred degree areas including Human Resources, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's Degree highly preferred.
