Grant Administrator (Temporary/Part-Time Position) - Stanford University

Job Description:

Part time position (up to 19 hours) available for a detail- oriented and reliable person with an organized, methodical approach to their tasks to support the completion of a training grant submission.

Must have intermediate experience with working in Excel and Word; as well as the ability to work independently after being properly trained on the task at hand. Being comfortable interacting with faculty and staff is a requirement as you will be working in a team that has constant contact with the scientific community. Showing initiative and being able to ask the necessary questions are a big plus.

You will be helping to compile and organize data into tables for a training grant submission. Successful candidate will collect, compile, edit, and confirm accuracy of information and enter data into designated Table forms, while adhering to deadlines.

The position is in the Immunology Department, a part of the Institute of Immunity, Transplantation and Infection within the School of Medicine. Some work may be able to be completed remotely, but you must be able to work on campus as well.
