The Office of the Registrar has an opening for a full-time University Staff (unclassified) Assistant Registrar for Enrollment and Registration Services position.

The Office of the Registrar at The University of Colorado Denver is student-centered and intensely focused on the integrity, accuracy and security of academic records. The person hired as Assistant Registrar for Enrollment and Registration Services will share our passion for delivering quality enrollment and support services to our students and our university through collaboration and the integration of technology. The Assistant Registrar for Enrollment and Registration Services will primarily provide leadership and expertise in enrollment and registration services to include, but not be limited to continuing and professional education, registration, enrollment and degree verifications, transcripts, grading, and academic standing. This position will also provide support in all other functional areas of the office. This position will provide supervision to exempt and/or classified staff members. Work in the content areas listed above will include, but not be limited to strategic planning and decision-making, assessment, integration and synthesizing of knowledge and information from various subject areas, communication with internal and external constituents, the ability to create and execute projects independently and as part of a team.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates will be responsible for travel expenses related to the interview process and any relocation expenses, if applicable.
Salary and Benefits:
The hiring range for this position has been established at $41,013 to $50,000 and is commensurate with skills and experience.

- A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution
- Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.
- 2 years of professional level experience analyzing and managing business processes.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience managing complex projects
- Two years of experience working at a 2- or 4-year college/university
- Experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to make decisions regarding day-to-day functional work.
- Sound professional judgement regarding when to escalate a situation or decision and/or when to inform others about a situation or decision.
