Description:


The Enrollment Management Associate- Registration Services will report to the Assistant Registrar and assists with block registration as well as other areas of registration. Responsibilities also include communication to students regarding time tickets, ecore and registration. The Enrollment Management Associate provides support for commencement and should be knowledgeable of the policies and procedures of the registrar's office.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Review student's test scores, transfer credit, major and other criteria to determine eligibility for block registration.
  • Registration communication.
    • Block registration communication
    • time ticket communication
    • ecore communication
  • Help resolve any registration issues related to blocks
  • Support for graduation and orientation.
  • Answer questions regarding GGC policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.




Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Commitment to assisting department in providing services to all students
  • Technological proficiency; including Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Experience with database systems are required
  • Detail oriented
  • Computer skills including MS office
  • Customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work with diverse populations
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities at the same time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience with Banner
  • Experience working in a Registrar office or institution of higher education
