The Department of Management in the Miami Business School at the University of Miami seeks candidates for tenure track Assistant Professor in the following area(s), to start in August 2019. 

Human Resource Management: with expertise in people analytics, compensation, international human resources systems, and traditional areas of HR.

Strategic Management

The Miami Business School is the leading private business school in the southeast United States, graduation around 400 postgraduates and 550 undergraduates in business each year.  Miami is the eighth largest metropolitan area in the USA, known for its unique style and cultural diversity, and as the gateway to Latin America.
