Department of Strategic Communication School of Communication

The Department of Strategic Communication at the University of Miami's School of Communication is seeking applications for part-time lecturers to teach in the advertising and public relations programs, as the need arises.

The advertising program has three tracks: a general advertising track, a creative track, and a management track. We are seeking par t-time lecturers who can teach courses such as advertising, strategy development, graphic design, copywriting, social media, advertising management, and creative strategy.

In public relations, we are seeking part-time lecturers who can teach courses such as public relations strategy development, graphic design, public relations writing, social media, PR management and entertainment PR.

A master's degree is required.  A minimum of two years of professional experience in advertising is required. Applicants must demonstrate teaching ability and strong knowledge of the field. Please include a cover letter and resume when applying online.
