Manage the Universitys Student Job Services, including the Federal Work-Study and Part-time/Summer and Quick Job programs. These services support matriculated students in securing part-time employment opportunities while attending Boston University. Emphasis placed in the development of part-time, summer and paid internship positions both on and off campus. Supervises Assistant Managers daily oversight of all job service programs. Responsible for maintaining all Job Services systems and operations, including collection and analysis of all statistical data related to student job services. Responsible for overseeing various special programs held throughout the year (Student Employee of the Year, Freshmen Job Fairs at Orientation, Academic Year Tutoring, etc.). Must ensures that compliance with all relevant University and Federal policies, procedures and regulations are followed.


Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience. Strong leadership and communication skills required.
