RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operating of portable food/beverage cart
a. Daily start up or shut down activities
b. Transporting of supplies to and from cart area to kitchen c. Restocking of cart
d. Keep inventory of supplies
f. Collection of money and making change for sales of food & drinks. g. Maintain daily maintenance and cleaning of the cart.
h. Perform other tasks as assigned
2. Assist in the daily operations in Campus Bistro area
a. Cook, stock, and maintain a clean, organized food line in kitchen areas
b. Responsible for all restocking and cleaning of storage areas listed on check lists.
c. Assist with putting away weekly food/non-food orders and maintaining proper rotation
of the inventories.
d. Operate cash register and complete daily cash reports as needed.
e. Maintain daily maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen and prep area.
f. Assist with supervising of work study. g. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Functional Attributes of Job Duty

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Minimum Qualifications

1,Positive and outgoing customer service skills.
2.Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
3.Dedication to doing excellent work and willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
4.Must possess good math skills.
5.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
6.Must be willing to work flexible hours.
