Job Summary

The Department of Asian Languages and Civilizations at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for a non-tenure-track appointment as Instructor in Hindi/Urdu Language to begin August 2019. Requirements include at least a MA in Hindi or Urdu language, pedagogy, or related discipline. One year of experience in teaching Hindi/Urdu language at the university level is required; teaching experience gained during graduate studies will be considered. Job duties include teaching courses in Hindi/Urdu language to undergraduate and graduate students and service to the University.

What We Require

  • MA in Hindi/Urdu language, linguistics, pedagogy, or another related discipline
  • One year of experience in teaching Hindi/Urdu at the university level; teaching experience gained during graduate studies will be considered
  • Ability to teach courses in Hindi/Urdu language to undergraduate and graduate students
