Professional Research Assistant

The University of Colorado Denver l Anschutz Medical Campus seeks individuals with demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive learning and working environment. We value the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty and staff of diverse backgrounds.

This is a part-time (less than 50% FTE) position. The successful candidate will be maintaining a colony of mouse models of cancer, perform mouse necropsy and surgeries. The candidate will also conduct cellular biology experiments such as immunostaining and gene expression assays.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements



  • B.S. in science related fields
  • Previous research experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented


Preferred Qualifications



  • 2 years of research experience
