I. DEPARTMENT INFORMATION

Job Description Summary:

The temporary Sourcing and Recruiting Coordinator (ColonialTemps) position is responsible for
proactive identification of talent for the ColonialTemps roster. ColonialTemps is the internal temporary employment service at GW and is a dedicated venue for GW schools and departments to hire temporary staff. This position will use
both traditional and unique sourcing methods (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards,
advertisements) to source and attract quality candidates. The Sourcing and Recruiting
Coordinator (ColonialTemps) position is responsible for building and maintaining
relationships with potential candidates through various networks, and guiding
prospective ColonialTemps candidates through the application and initial screening
process.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
