POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides exceptional service to all customers in a high energy, fast-paced office environment. Primary responsibilities include responding to customer requests in-person, via telephone, and through email, and triaging when appropriate. Secondary duties include supporting the planning and implementation of co-curricular activities and providing guidance to Student Ambassadors.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Greet internal and external customers and provide appropriate resource or service. Answer, screen or forward telephone calls, provide information, take messages, schedule appointments, etc.
  • Provide customer support through the issuance of student identification cards, rented lockers, event tickets, and payment transactions.
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the office, dependent on work schedule. Includes reconciling and balancing money drawer. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

  • Provide guidance to front desk team members regarding internal workflow, processes and completion of projects. Includes creating and tracking work requests and processing room reservations.
  • Provide key support leading up to and during large events such as Graduation, Welcome Week Orientation, and Awards Ceremony.

  • Check students in for appointments with teammates using appropriate systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, data collection, and quarterly reporting requirements.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and process supply orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma
Experience: One year of customer service experience
