Responsibilities

Collects data, prepares reports, and maintains the COE Data SharePoint site.

Develops, implements, and maintains a college-wide data system. Defines controls and business rules for the quality of the data system.

Reviews and analyzes various enrollment management and faculty productivity data, prepares recommendations, and reports findings to the COE Associate Deans and Dean.

Works collaboratively with Academic Affairs team members to support data needs of college initiatives.

Collects and reports data for various university, state, and national surveys/projects (such as US News and World Report).

Develops and maintains surveys to assess student success, department programs, research activities, and College operations. Creates reports associated with these surveys.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: post-high school education may substitute for experience at an equivalent rate.)

Strong writing and presentation skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 software products.

Experience with assisting clients/customers.

High level of proficiency in Excel is required.

Preferred

Experience with statistical software.

Pay Plan

This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.

Schedule

If not otherwise specified, schedule is M-F, 8-5.

Criminal Background Check

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
