Fire & Safety Specialist

Under the supervision of the Campus Fire Marshal, the incumbent conducts fire safety and general safety building surveys, completes plan review, conducts field inspections on new construction, renovation and fire protection equipment, meets with a variety of people regarding code issues and responds to emergencies as required.

Salary: Annual $59,623.00 - $81,070.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
A valid California driver's license and must participate in DMV Pull Program.
Responds to emergencies at any time as required by the University Police, Campus Departments or the EH&S-ERT and takes appropriate action
Final candidate subject to background check.
