Western Washington University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position focusing on Energy in the Built Environment. We seek an individual with teaching and research interests in fields such as energy efficiency, building science, energy systems design and data analytics, or low-carbon/net-zero energy planning, together with a strong commitment to undergraduate and graduate education.
The person chosen will be designated the Puget Sound Energy Professor of Energy Studies and will have an ongoing and formal affiliation with WWU’s Institute for Energy Studies and a full-time appointment in an academic Department. The position entails teaching, advising, research, community engagement and service to support the Department, the Institute, and the University.
