Duties: The Lipman Family Prize at the University of Pennsylvania recognizes and amplifies the impact of organizations devoted to positive social impact and creating sustainable solutions to social and economic challenges. This annual global prize celebrates leadership and innovation through the careful study of impact and transferability of practices. The Prize is unique for its core emphasis on education, in its partnership with the University of Pennsylvania, in the integration of the Prize process into the educational experience of Penn students, and in the commitment to focusing the award on aspects that can be shared with and replicated at other organizations. The Director of the Lipman Family Prize will serve on and coordinate the activities of the Steering Committee for the Prize, build and support the Lipman Family Prize network, develop and manage the graduate students who serve as Lipman Fellows, and take full administrative and operational responsibility for the prize, including: branding, marketing and promotion; design and delivery of the award selection process; event management of the award ceremony; post-prize evaluation; and budget oversight. The Director of the Lipman Family Prize will lead the continuing growth and refinement of this high-profile University initiative.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 7 years to 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience in strategy and program development, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build and sustain strategic relationships, including donor cultivation and stewardship.
