Manage the faculty compensation and incentive plans and coordinate the use and maintenance of
All departmental systems supporting metrics analyses, contract administration, cost accounting, and
other processes under the direction of the Finance Director.
Monitor and maintain departmental systems integrity through testing and verification procedures.
Administer monthly faculty compensation, and coordinate processing with the PDC and SOM.
Maintain compensation profiles and interface with faculty relating to pay elements and compensation
calculation inquiries. Manage systems set up for new faculty.
Manage and process VA contract billings and oversee recording of service hours. Maintain the
integrity of the VA billing system, and reconcile contract hours and VA direct tours of duty.
Manage compilation of Division Chief metrics and calculation of incentives based on performance
Compile data for input to the faculty gain-sharing distribution. Maintain the gain-sharing model and
insure that distributions are in accordance with compensation plan policies.
Manage compilation of clinical and academic metrics for input to the PCA system. Verify faculty
accomplishments as appropriate and manage the timing and integrity of data uploads.
Compile and input data for all industry surveys. Coordinate data requests and update
Benchmarking information based on published survey results.
Manage processing and maintenance of the publications system. Update tables as needed and
monitor changes in Pub Med that affect search criteria. Manage uploads to other departmental systems.
Assist Sr. Accounting Director with data compilation in support of cost modeling and pricing
analyses. Set up allocation tools for cost pool distributions and activity cost analyses.
Manage the quarterly faculty CDE true-up process. Reconcile faculty hours worked and upload
data to the compensation system. Generate and distribute management compensation reports relating to faculty profile changes and true-up calculations.
Assist Administration with quarterly clinical full-time equivalent calculations and compile data
relating to faculty CDEs worked supporting EPIC charges/ASAs.
Provide accounting analysis, financial modeling, and reporting for departmental and PDC contracts
including Fair Market Value calculations for subsidy contracts, new initiatives and services.
Other duties assigned.
