Description of Work Continued:

The Broadwell College of Business and Economics at Fayetteville State University seeks to hire a faculty member to teach graduate level Quantitative Methods, beginning January 2018. This is a full-time, nine-month, tenure track position. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a range of quantitative-focused topics, including analytical modelling, business intelligence, online analytical processing (OLAP), statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining. The ideal candidate must be a scholar and enthusiastic about working with students. Specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the individual hired, but the successful candidate will be expected to:
1) Teach graduate level courses Business and Data Analytics, including use of the SAS platform
2) Conduct research leading to peer reviewed publications
3) Assist with grants, special projects, and other tasks as may be required
4) Provide university and community service consistent with the goals of the Broadwell College of Business and Economics.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Doctoral Business degree in a quantitative related field

Education preferably from an AACSB accredited university
